On March 7, Palm Beach Meats Chapel becomes a listening room. A chef-driven tasting menu unfolds in real time alongside the full playback of the MICHELINMAN album by BLVCK SVM—each course moving in sync with the mood, tempo, and narrative of the music.

The menu is conceived and executed by Executive Chef BJ Wright, whose cooking style—bold, culturally layered, and emotionally grounded—mirrors the raw energy of the album. Known for building dishes that tell stories through technique and memory, Chef Wright composes each course as a response, not a distraction.

Flavors are intentional. Textures are dynamic. Timing is precise.

As the album plays front to back, guests are invited to listen deeply, eat deliberately, and experience how sound and food intersect when both are treated as art.
