Founded in June 2020 by husband-and-wife team Eric and Meghan San Pedro, Palm Beach Meats has quickly become one of the most distinctive Wagyu-focused concepts in the United States. With multiple locations, the family-owned company is Florida’s premier all-Wagyu butcher shop and dining concept — redefining how premium beef is sourced, experienced, and shared.
