A NOTE FROM CHEF MASA:
My cooking is not something I learned in culinary school. I learned how to cook next to my mother from a young age. I started making dumplings when I was 3 years old. The number one treat for me has always been a simple home-cooked meal that takes a lot of time and love, like dumplings. I want you all to relive my memories and feel the love of being a part of my family. I want to tell 5 year old me he won’t live in a small closet in Japan. And the day will come when I will be cooking with my husband's brother this food I’m am sharing with all of you.
